I have always had a passion from a young age for the ever evolving hair industry. For 12 years I worked in upper management of salons, and did recruiting, training, grand openings and then went on to re-educate myself in the art of hair color assisting under a panel of Board Certified colorists and Vidal Sassoon haircutting. Then I started working in a Paul Mitchell Salon, and on to education with Aveda- ultimately becoming an international educator and distributor, as well as a technical instructor for international product lines. I have done TV personalities as well as housewives; everyone is a star at Feathers.
My passion and love for creating has allowed me to love every level of the journey and remain forever in the learning mode of the industry. I have received awards in many areas such as wow awards to manager of the year and highest sales, customer retention; youth mentor programs, anti-gang advocacy, domestic violence awareness, multiple business management awards and more.
I have aggressively pursued bettering the communities I live in with my career. I’ve participated in every level of hair from being the eternal student to teaching. I am honored to be in a forever changing limitless career.
